i stayed in a superior king room and found it very spacious and clean. everything was easily accessible and comfortable, something i appreciated. the spa was super clean. the jacuzzi on the roof was a gold touch.

i experienced some noise at night , i was woken up through the night and early morning by unloading and service trolleys.

The room was nice and neat with easily accessible amenities. The spa was also clean with a jacuzzi.

A conference took place during my first night and disrupted the hotel bar's accessibility. Drinks took a long time to arrive when we were in the reception area. After a 40 minute wait for the bill, a staff member followed us to our room to collect payment at 11:30 pm which was quite inconvenient.

I was disappointed with a few aspects. the water pressure in the shower was inconsistent. It fluctuated a lot. also, the breakfast buffet was not replenished quickly enough. items ran out and weren't refilled for extended periods. these issues detracted from an otherwise decent stay.

the location was quite good and i found the surrounding area safe. the reception staff were happy to help with directions. the housekeeping was very good, as soon as i left my room, it was cleaned!

There was no option for movies in the room. Just normal tv. the sink area in the bathroom was too small. Not big enough for two people. not renewing water bottles in the room is something i noticed, and i'd expect that in a five star hotel
